In Ala-Luosta, there is a clear-water swimming spot with a changing cabin, dry toilet, and a covered campfire area. Signposted from Lehtovaarantie, and parking is available.

Hikers can unexpectedly discover beautiful sandy beaches while exploring the area. Stunning sandy shores can be found, for example, at Tiilikkajärvi National Park from Venäjänhiekka and in the Metsäkartano area.
